Description

Viña Castellano 2019 Verdejo is aromatic, soft and full-bodied. This is not a Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc like wine; it is really its own baby. I suggest that you serve this wine very cold. We serve it as we would a rosè at about 48 degrees. Like most of our wines it comes alive with food. It has a real citrus component, grapefruit mostly, but a little lemony lime going on as well. It also has some mineral qualities to it. In keeping with our signature style.  This is a great Tapas wine. I love it with Spanish omelets and Serrano ham
