TASTING EXPERIENCE

Wine tastings are $15 per person and include a selection of our current releases.

The tasting fee is waived with the purchase of 3 bottles of wine.

We specialize in Spanish wines, with a focus on bold, estate-grown red wines.

RESERVATIONS & GROUP VISITS

Parties of 1–5 Guests

No reservation needed—just come in and enjoy.

Parties of 6 or More

Reservations are required.

Group minimum:
• One bottle of wine for every two guests, OR
• One tasting flight per guest

Parties of 8 or More

A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

FOOD POLICY

Inside the Tasting Room

Outside food is not permitted.

Picnics by the Pond

Guests are welcome to bring food and picnic in designated outdoor areas around the pond.

Food Truck Days

When a food truck is on site, outside food is not permitted anywhere on the property.

SPANISH TAPAS BASKETS

$40 per basket

Featuring a rotating selection of:

• Spanish cured meats
• Artisan cheeses
• Fresh breads
• Olives
• Nuts
• Spreads and accompaniments

Each basket comfortably serves:

• 2 people for lunch
• 3–4 people as a snack

Tapas baskets are available while supplies last. To guarantee yours, we recommend reserving one in advance by calling our tasting room.

OUTSIDE ALCOHOL POLICY

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Guests may not bring or consume:

• Outside wine
• Beer
• Spirits
• Any alcoholic beverages not purchased from Viña Castellano

We welcome families with children and friendly, well-behaved dogs on leash.

We kindly ask that children and pets remain supervised at all times.
